Anthemida Studios & Apartments je novoizgrađena vila, smeštena u glavnoj ulici mesta Sikia, na Sitoniji. Vila je otvorena 2014. i sastoji se od potpuno opremljenih 6 novih apartmana i 4 studija. Ceo kompleks je pokriven bežičnim internetom i u svom sklopu ima dovoljno parking mesta, roštilj, dečije igralište, a sobarica servis je dostupan svaka tri dana sa promenom posteljine i peškira.
